Description

  • Prepare Fiduciary Investment Reviews (FIRs), Fiduciary Plan Design Reviews, and Provider Reviews for meetings and delivery.
  • Support Wealth Advisors with plan design and proposal preparation.
  • Facilitate plan changes, including plan design updates and fund changes.
  • Help onboard new clients in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Support client transitions by coordinating with advisors to ensure a seamless process.
  • Answer plan-related inquiries from plan administrators, sponsors, and participants.
  • Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention among plan sponsors and administrators.
  • Communicate with recordkeepers, third-party administrators (TPAs), and custodians to support plan needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Minimum 3 years of financial industry-related experience.
  • Experience interacting with individuals at all income levels in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Notary designation is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to simplify complex issues and communicate clearly and concisely to advisors and clients.
  • High attention to detail and ability to see tasks through from concept to implementation.
  • Proficiency with RPAG, Salesforce, and MS Office Suite.

  • Base pay range of $31 to $36 USD per hour.
