Description

  • Maintain and update existing data collection processes, including surveys, attendance tracking, and feedback tools.
  • Ensure Student Life data is accurate, complete, clean, and organized for team use.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards on student engagement and program participation.
  • Support ongoing analysis by identifying basic trends and highlighting key insights.
  • Serve as the primary Salesforce point of contact for Student Life during the interim period.
  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity, user access, and system organization.
  • Provide day-to-day Salesforce support, troubleshooting, and reporting assistance to staff.
  • Support Student Life activities through data tracking, documentation, and routine administrative processes.
  • Keep trackers, reports, and data definitions up to date and usable.
  • Collaborate with Student Life team members and provide clear communication on progress, risks, and priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or administrative operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Experience with data management, cleaning, and reporting.
  • Basic data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Salesforce/CRM administration experience, including user support, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet and data visualization tools such as Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to execute tasks quickly and reliably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communication and responsiveness.
