Description

  • Monitor daily order flow across US, Canadian, and UK 3PLs and resolve stuck orders and fulfillment exceptions.
  • Coordinate with 3PL partners on damaged inbound units, fulfillment errors, returns, and special projects.
  • Manage inbound shipments and receiving, track containers, and follow up on discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, flag low-stock SKUs, and support reorder timing decisions.
  • Improve SOPs, automate manual work, and produce operational reports such as shipping SLAs and return rates.
  • Work customer service tickets in Commslayer, including address changes, refunds, replacements, returns, warranty claims, and WISMO requests.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and surface patterns that can be solved through operational fixes.
  • Reduce returns by recommending alternatives such as education, sizing guidance, replacement parts, or different SKUs.
  • Reconcile credit notes, process sales orders and invoices, and keep accounting and inventory systems clean.
  • Improve customer support automation through canned responses, macros, AI agent training, KB content, and routing rules.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, fulfillment, or e-commerce coordination, with DTC or 3PL experience strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform, including orders, products, inventory, and basic store administration.
  • Experience handling customer service queue work with a professional tone under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple urgent issues at once, including container delays, customer escalations, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Reliable, self-directed, and effective in a remote work environment.
  • Genuine curiosity about the company’s products and how they are built and used.
  • Comfort using Shopify, a help desk platform such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Commslayer, or Re:amaze, spreadsheets, and 3PL portals.
  • Strong written communication skills and a habit of documenting work clearly.
  • Sales instincts, including the ability to save returns and help move wholesale leads forward, preferred.
  • Hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience, automation tooling experience, health/wellness/fitness/recovery category background, or basic SQL/spreadsheet formula skills are a plus.
