Description

  • Lead and coach a team of Portfolio Consultants to improve performance and service delivery.
  • Allocate resources and manage capacity to meet key performance indicators.
  • Drive process improvements, operational efficiencies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Communicate investment philosophy and available strategies to advisor teams.
  • Lead presentations on investment topics for Wealth Advisor teams.
  • Oversee standardized workflows and investment processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Handle trade corrections and implement processes to reduce trade errors.
  • Collaborate with Wealth Advisors, Operations, Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Trading teams.
  • Monitor reporting, resolve bottlenecks, and communicate progress to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; CFP, CFA, or an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Series 65 required.
  • 4-10 years of related experience in financial services preferred.
  • Experience leading and managing a team of direct reports.
  • Working knowledge of Orion and Morningstar preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including advanced data analytics, required.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly collaborative approach with both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of capital markets, portfolio design and management, and investment vehicles including public and private markets.
