Description

  • Develop and maintain unified financial planning processes, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Lead, supervise, train, coach, and mentor the centralized Financial Planning Group.
  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery and production of financial plans.
  • Improve internal systems and tools supporting the financial planning experience.
  • Build relationships with wealth management teams to support planning delivery.
  • Develop training programs for wealth management teams and advisors.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulations, and planning issues and communicate relevant updates.
  • Create financial planning content, collateral, and thought leadership materials.
  • Drive organization-wide implementation of new planning programs and ideas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of successful experience in financial services.
  • CFP® designation required; additional credentials preferred.
  • Experience serving ultra-high-net-worth clients and handling complex financial planning situations.
  • Ability to produce content and deliverables in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong public speaking skills with clients, prospects, advisors, and large groups.
  • Deep knowledge of financial planning, investments, and the financial services industry.
  • Experience creating and implementing programs across an organization.
  • Strong communication, presentation, listening, analytical, detail-oriented, and follow-through skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; established industry network preferred.
  • Availability Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with occasional early or late hours; travel up to 10%.
