Description

  • Meet with wealth advisors, financial planners, and Wealth Solutions team members to review, fund, and maintain estate plans with guidance.
  • Review and summarize existing estate planning documents and recommend changes or additions based on changes in law and family circumstances.
  • Answer general estate planning questions from clients and advisor teams.
  • Serve as an in-house estate planning resource for wealth management teams nationwide.
  • Stay current on estate, trust, and tax legislation across the country.
  • Manage an assigned service specialist, including day-to-day task oversight, training, calendars, time management, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Licensed to practice law in at least one state.
  • Ability to interpret and explain estate planning topics to wealth management teams and clients.
  • 0-3 years of legal experience in estate planning preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional early or late hours as needed.
  • Ability to work in a professional office environment or a dedicated home office free from interruptions.
  • Basic technology needs provided to meet position requirements.

  • Base pay range of $97,750 to $115,000 USD.
