Description

  • Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and enterprise architects, and act as a strategic technical advisor.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Partner Managers, Specialists, Renewal Specialists, and Expert Services to align adoption, implementation, and growth priorities.
  • Develop and own customer adoption plans aligned to customer strategies and objectives.
  • Lead technical kickoffs, workshops, and account reviews to drive customer self-sufficiency and product adoption.
  • Prototype and lightly integrate solutions as needed, while engaging Specialists for larger build efforts.
  • Advise customers on product integration and maintain visibility into customer architecture and technical landscape.
  • Identify new technical use cases and scaling opportunities across products to support footprint growth.
  • Provide technical input for bids and RFx processes and surface commercial signals to the account team.
  • Track adoption health and support internal account planning, reviews, and operational coordination.
  • Capture adoption insights, share best practices, contribute to playbooks, and mentor other TAMs and team members.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are welcome.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical customer management, consultancy, presales, or similar roles within software or technology.
  • Expertise in adoption and account management, with breadth across all four products and hands-on capability for prototyping, demos, and product work.
  • Proficiency in delivery practices and technical execution across software, data, and AI solutions.
  • Familiarity with the broader Siemens portfolio and ability to identify integration opportunities and adjacent solutions.
  • Experience developing technical account plans and aligning adoption strategies with customer goals and priorities.
  • Ability to advise on architectural landscape mapping and integration of products into customer environments.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, enterprise architects, and business leaders.
  • Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams for seamless execution and adoption.
  • Growth mindset and comfort using generative AI to improve efficiency and quality in daily work.
