Description

Own the Salesforce platform end to end for more than 100 users across seven teams.
Design, build, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flow, triggers, classes, and asynchronous processing.
Define platform architecture, data models, technical standards, and approaches to technical debt.
Own integrations, APIs, middleware, and data flows across the connected commercial technology stack.
Design, operate, troubleshoot, and improve ETL and reverse-ETL pipelines between Salesforce, the data warehouse, and other tools.
Maintain and develop connected tools including Outreach, Modjo, Kubaru, Lusha, Clay, and Hightouch.
Partner with the Salesforce Administrator and Data Ops Analyst as the technical reference point for the platform.
Enable sales teams to complete day-to-day work in Salesforce through effective data, automation, and AI solutions.
Prioritize user experience, scalability, security, and privacy in all platform solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud development experience supporting commercial teams.
Strong Apex expertise, including triggers, classes, asynchronous processing, governor limits, and testing.
Strong Salesforce Flow development skills and judgment on when to use declarative automation versus code.
Deep understanding of Salesforce permissions, sharing models, data architecture, and safe change management in existing orgs.
Hands-on experience building and owning ETL and reverse-ETL processes.
Experience using AI in work, preferably Agentforce or Claude, including delivery of a project with demonstrable stakeholder value.
Ability to turn ambiguous requests into specifications and challenge solutions that do not address the underlying problem.
Strong focus on Salesforce user experience and productivity.
Fluent English and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification, experience with Outreach, Clay, Hightouch, Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, or regulated industries are preferred.
