Description

Serve as the first point of contact for Salesforce support, triaging and resolving internal tickets.
Manage users, permission sets, sharing rules, page layouts, fields, and validation rules across sales, partnerships, and account management workflows.
Maintain accurate access controls to safeguard customer and prospect data.
Configure straightforward improvements to validation rules, record types, and Salesforce Flows, escalating complex builds as needed.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and retire Salesforce reports and dashboards to keep reporting accurate and useful.
Use basic SOQL queries to investigate records and resolve support issues.
Monitor data flows and troubleshoot issues across connected tools including Outreach, Modjo, Kubaru, Lusha, Clay, and Hightouch.
Help move day-to-day sales work, automation, and AI-enabled workflows into Salesforce with the Salesforce Developer and Data Ops Analyst.

Requirements

1+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud supporting a live business team.
Practical experience with user management, validation rules, permission sets, sharing, reports, and dashboards.
Experience maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards, including fixing filters and improving existing reporting.
Ability to write basic SOQL queries to inspect records and troubleshoot support issues.
Ability to turn ambiguous requests into clear specifications and challenge ineffective solutions.
Fluent English.
Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fully remote environment.
Experience with AI tools such as Agentforce or Claude, or interest in developing AI skills (preferred).
Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201), Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder certification (preferred).
Experience with Outreach, Clay, Hightouch, Kubaru, SQL, Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, Apex, or regulated industries such as fintech or banking (preferred).
