Description

  • Research the needs of sales, channel, SDR, customer success, alliances, and other commercial users across brands.
  • Map commercial workflows, identify friction points, validate improvements through user research, and maintain a prioritized experience roadmap.
  • Lead UX design for Salesforce Lightning pages, record layouts, navigation, dashboards, guided workflows, integrations, and documentation.
  • Design cohesive end-to-end experiences across Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, quoting tools, customer portals, partner platforms, and related applications.
  • Establish and maintain reusable design standards, components, templates, dashboard conventions, accessibility guidance, and design specifications.
  • Partner with RevTech developers and architects to assess feasibility and embed design reviews into development, testing, releases, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate requirements discovery, resolve conflicting user needs, and ensure changes meet process, data governance, security, accessibility, and platform standards.
  • Create user guidance, workflow documentation, release communications, and role-based instructions; coach users through system changes.
  • Define and monitor UX metrics such as task completion time, task success, navigation efficiency, error rates, adoption, and user feedback.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, enterprise applications, product design, or commercial systems design.
  • Experience improving complex enterprise workflows in Salesforce Lightning and integrated sales technology environments.
  • Strong knowledge of information architecture, workflow design, prototyping, usability testing, WCAG accessibility standards, and design-system development.
  • Salesforce Lightning Design System experience and familiarity with Salesforce configuration and component-based development.
  • Experience with CRM integrations, CPQ or quoting workflows, sales engagement tools, and multi-application commercial environments.
  • Ability to balance global standards with regional, functional, product, brand, and role-specific requirements.
  • Experience establishing design documentation, governance standards, user guidance, and repeatable delivery practices.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery, CI/CD, product management, or enterprise change-management environments.
  • Familiarity with design collaboration and prototyping tools, behavioral analytics, and AI-assisted design or workflow optimization.
