Description

  • Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to identify product friction points.
  • Translate research into personas, user journeys, workflows, and user flows, and partner with Product Managers to prioritize user needs.
  • Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, and responsive web and mobile experiences.
  • Build, maintain, and scale design systems, reusable component libraries, and visual and interaction standards.
  • Design accessible, responsive experiences aligned with WCAG 2.1 and improve navigation, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Use product analytics, customer feedback, and usability findings to refine product experiences.
  • Plan and evaluate A/B tests to optimize conversion, engagement, onboarding, and retention.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle, including sprint planning and design reviews.
  • Deliver developer-ready assets, specifications, interaction documentation, and implementation guidance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving, product thinking, high-quality UI execution, and responsive product design.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
  • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, usability testing, and responsive design.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work full-time remotely from Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Mexico during U.S. business hours.
  • Experience designing SaaS products, consumer applications, or enterprise software (preferred).
  • Experience building scalable design systems (preferred).
  • Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge, plus familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms (preferred).
