Description

  • Lead UX design for complex digital experiences from discovery and concept development through implementation.
  • Translate user research, behavioral insights, business requirements, and technical considerations into experience strategies and design solutions.
  • Develop end-to-end customer journeys and user flows to identify and reduce friction.
  • Create information architecture, sitemaps, process flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction designs, and developer specifications.
  • Partner with UX Research to incorporate customer insights, usability findings, and feedback into design decisions.
  • Create and maintain reusable design patterns and components for consistent digital experiences.
  • Ensure responsive, accessible experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Digital, Marketing, Technology, business teams, and developers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Use analytics, journey trends, usability findings, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.
  • Present design recommendations, conduct design and visual QA, and mentor designers and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of UX/UI or product design experience for complex digital products, websites, or services.
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Portfolio demonstrating professional UX design work across web and mobile experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design, usability, interaction design, responsive design, and accessibility.
  • Experience simplifying complex customer and business problems into intuitive experiences.
  • Experience creating customer journeys, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Experience working with design systems, reusable components, and established digital design patterns.
  • Working knowledge of modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma.
  • Experience using research, analytics, and user feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with business and development teams; Agile or product operating model experience is preferred.
