Description

  • Set and maintain a customer-centric product roadmap for one product area in partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Product Leadership.
  • Leverage customer feedback to identify, size, and prioritize business opportunities.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to support on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Write clear, user-centric product requirements and user stories to guide engineering and design.
  • Drive continuous improvement with engineering and design team leads.
  • Assess, validate, communicate, and act on customer feedback to manage expectations and keep the roadmap aligned.
  • Develop client-facing documentation, demos, and Sales/Customer Success enablement materials in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Engage with customers to build empathy and deepen understanding of their needs.
  • Track post-launch success criteria and customer feedback, and define action plans for future improvements.
  • Support data quality investigations with engineering, data science, and customer support teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, data, or media technology companies.
  • 5+ years of experience in the media and advertising industry, ideally working for a brand or advertising agency.
  • Demonstrated success shipping products that produced measurable customer or business outcomes in data-rich environments.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data, and Sales, across the full product lifecycle.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to connect product strategy to customer value.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, data analytics, and visualization tools is a plus.
  • Experience supporting the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, design, product marketing, and customer-facing teams.
  • A self-motivated, team-oriented mindset with strong product development instincts.
