Description

  • Accurately enter and maintain sales orders in NetSuite using data from Salesforce and signed contracts.
  • Review and validate order details, including pricing, contract terms, product configurations, and billing schedules.
  • Partner with the Revenue Operations team to support smooth order execution and data integrity across systems.
  • Identify and communicate breakdowns in the order process and help resolve discrepancies with Sales and RevOps.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations between Salesforce and NetSuite to keep system data consistent and current.
  • Support invoicing and fulfillment activities and flag issues that could affect billing accuracy or customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement efforts under the guidance of the Senior Order Management Analyst.
  • Respond to internal questions about order status, contract details, and system data in a timely, professional manner.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in order management, sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar function.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce; experience cross-referencing data between both platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of order-to-cash workflows, including order entry, contract review, invoicing, and fulfillment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of catching and resolving data discrepancies.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under time pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort escalating issues clearly and professionally to senior team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or media/advertising technology environment is a plus.
  • Remote role based in India with some overlap with US Eastern or Central time zones required for collaboration.
