Description

  • Manage the full production lifecycle of digital campaigns from small activations to large-scale interactive experiences.
  • Quote, budget, and oversee complex digital projects to ensure delivery on time and within scope.
  • Serve as the central communication hub between international offices, creative teams, and technical developers.
  • Plan resources, track progress, and mitigate risks using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
  • Oversee technical pipelines for web and app-based projects, including WebGL, AR/VR, and AI integrations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with top-tier clients and act as a trusted production partner.
  • Work across teams, time zones, and multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adapt quickly to change while keeping delivery on track and maintaining quality.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of high-level experience in digital production, ideally as a senior producer at a digital production company or agency.
  • Proven experience producing interactive campaigns using WebGL and Three.js.
  • Experience with immersive applications built in Unity or Unreal Engine.
  • Experience with web-based AR platforms such as 8th Wall or Niantic, including 2D/3D asset pipelines.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and their use in production workflows or creative asset generation.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently.
  • Strong financial acumen and comfort owning budgets and cost estimates.
  • Excellent planning and communication skills.
  • Jira experience is a must.
  • Production experience with metaverse or gaming platforms such as Roblox, Horizon Worlds, or UEFN (preferred).
  • Experience integrating AI tools such as LLMs or Midjourney into creative or technical workflows (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of frontend coding languages to communicate effectively with developers (preferred).
