Description

  • Execute the Safe and Secure Operations Strategy across facilities and operations.
  • Support standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple priorities, escalate major issues, and recommend solutions for implementation.
  • Implement operations technology capabilities and help get equipment fully operational quickly.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and drive action plans to address gaps.
  • Use data to support reporting, identify wins and opportunities, and improve metrics.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the installation, piloting, deployment, and evaluation of physical security solutions.
  • Review, create, and escalate help desk tickets, email inquiries, and incoming calls to diagnose and document problems.
  • Document process standards, equipment information, and solutions, and share them with the team.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, specifications, and manuals.
  • Travel to sites as needed to support pilot installations and oversee vendor and partner activities.
  • Provide remote and phone support to internal customers and technicians as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, ideally in business, finance, or criminal justice.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate, public, or military security systems operations, installation, or management.
  • Experience with physical security access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
  • 2+ years of experience in project and/or program management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau.
  • Strong experience with IP video management solutions, access control, and alarm monitoring systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a consistent, top-notch customer service experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with remote users by phone or email and troubleshoot using remote connectivity tools.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
  • Strong understanding of basic TCP/IP and Windows networking, with the ability to verify network connectivity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter mentality.
  • Experience with Wrike and/or MS Project project management software, preferred.
  • Current Internet Protocol (IP) video certification(s) or system knowledge, preferred.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
