Description

  • Design, build, and maintain high-quality React Native applications for both iOS and Android.
  • Implement and integrate native modules and core React Native APIs where needed to meet platform requirements.
  • Integrate and manage RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints and handle network requests efficiently.
  • Select and implement state management solutions (Redux, Recoil, Zustand, MobX) and modern React patterns (hooks, context).
  • Manage mobile build pipelines, deployments, and CI/CD for iOS and Android using Xcode, Android Studio, and CLI tooling.
  • Write and maintain automated tests and end-to-end testing (Jest, Detox, React Native Testing Library) to ensure reliability.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product teams in an agile environment to deliver features and iterate on UX.
  • Diagnose, debug, and optimize apps for performance, accessibility, scalability, and reliability.
  • Own parts of the mobile development lifecycle, including monitoring, crash reporting, and release quality control.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in React Native for iOS and Android, including core APIs and native modules.
  • Advanced JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript skills with understanding of functional and declarative programming.
  • Solid grasp of React fundamentals: components, hooks, context, state management, and lifecycle.
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Recoil, Zustand, or MobX.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs or GraphQL and handling network requests efficiently.
  • Experience with mobile build pipelines and deployment processes using Xcode, Android Studio, and CLI tools.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Detox, and React Native Testing Library.
  • Knowledge of version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab) and CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to performance, accessibility, and scalability.
  • English level B2+; nice-to-haves include writing native modules in Swift/Objective-C/Kotlin/Java, React Navigation/Reanimated/Gesture Handler experience, familiarity with analytics/crash reporting (Firebase, Sentry, AppCenter), mobile security practices, push notifications/deep linking/in-app purchases, AI-assisted coding or automated testing tools, and open-source contributions or mentoring experience.
