Description

  • Design and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Lead and implement test automation using Robot Framework and Python.
  • Integrate automated tests into GitLab CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration quality.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to define acceptance criteria and testable requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and metrics.
  • Assess release risks and contribute to release readiness decisions.
  • Work on web testing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance roles.
  • Proven experience with Robot Framework or other testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Strong Python scripting skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab.
  • Deep understanding of software testing principles, test strategy, and the SDLC.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic quality decisions.
  • Experience using AI to create test plans and build automated tests is preferred.
  • Experience working in fast-paced Agile environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with mobile or embedded systems testing is preferred.
  • Prior experience working with globally distributed teams is preferred.
