Description

Design and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Lead and implement test automation using Robot Framework and Python.
Integrate automated tests into GitLab CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration quality.
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to define acceptance criteria and testable requirements.
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and metrics.
Assess release risks and contribute to release readiness decisions.
Work on web testing initiatives.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance roles.
Proven experience with Robot Framework or other testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Strong Python scripting skills.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab.
Deep understanding of software testing principles, test strategy, and the SDLC.
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Ability to work independently and make strategic quality decisions.
Experience using AI to create test plans and build automated tests is preferred.
Experience working in fast-paced Agile environments is preferred.
Familiarity with mobile or embedded systems testing is preferred.
Prior experience working with globally distributed teams is preferred.

Salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 USD.
