Description

  • Lead production for dot-com websites, banners, advertising campaigns, mobile apps, digital transformation projects, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Work directly with clients, including occasional in-person embedding, to manage relationships and project progress.
  • Act as the bridge between Monks and new-business leads, introducing the company’s capabilities and assets.
  • Respond to agency briefs and RFPs and co-create pitches, treatments, and proposals.
  • Lead projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring timely execution and strong outcomes.
  • Coordinate in-house talent and global production teams to deliver work across multiple locations.
  • Scope, quote, time, and plan production work.
  • Set realistic targets and deadlines while keeping projects profitable and feasible.
  • Support account growth by helping turn projects into long-term business relationships.
  • Advise clients on digital transformation and major website and app redesign initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience producing high-end brand sites, digital ad campaigns, apps, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience leading digital projects from proposal through to final product delivery.
  • Hands-on experience producing high-end digital work with a strong understanding of technical project requirements.
  • Ability to work at a highest professional level in both English and Japanese.
  • Experience advising C-level clients on digital transformations and large redesign projects (preferred).
  • Confidence handling high-stakes accounts and proposing strategic next steps.
  • Strong understanding of the digital business objectives of global brands.
  • Ability to assess project challenges quickly and identify what needs to be achieved.
  • Interest in new technologies and trends, with the ability to estimate costs and timelines realistically.
  • Mindset focused on long-term partnerships and client relationship development.
