Description

  • Lead the delivery of complex projects and programs to meet customer needs and agreed expectations.
  • Own project documentation, schedules, budgets, resource planning, change control, and risk and issue management.
  • Manage organizational change activities, including communication and training.
  • Identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues, maintaining project registers.
  • Report progress to the local director and/or steering committee through regular status updates and escalation as needed.
  • Manage the day-to-day tasking and performance of the project delivery team.
  • Serve as a primary or secondary point of contact for customers and manage client relationships.
  • Track progress against key project and contractual deliverables.
  • Ensure the quality of work performed across the project.
  • Coach and support the development of junior business analysts and business analyst capability.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience delivering large IT/CRM programs.
  • Experience working in fast-paced agile environments.
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and client executives.
  • Experience managing project scope, risks, integration, issues, and financials.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Experience contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • PRINCE2 or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic approach with a desire to make an impact in a consulting and solutions environment.
