Description

  • Own implementation workstreams for enterprise clients or manage lower-complexity onboardings end to end.
  • Build delivery plans, manage dependencies and risks, and drive concurrent projects to committed go-live dates.
  • Advise clients on data structure, granularity, historical depth, and model-readiness requirements.
  • Connect APIs, file feeds, warehouse shares, and direct integrations; ingest and validate complete historical data.
  • Create and maintain mappings that normalize client data into Measured’s model.
  • Diagnose ingestion, schema, data-quality, and integration issues with clients, vendors, and internal engineering teams.
  • Perform SQL- and dashboard-based QA against client source-of-truth and vendor reporting, documenting acceptance criteria and caveats.
  • Lead client discovery, specification, QA, and go-live sessions while managing expectations and communicating technical concepts clearly.
  • Develop implementation documentation, runbooks, reusable templates, validation queries, and peer enablement materials.
  • Partner cross-functionally on product improvements, monitoring, automation, onboarding scalability, and technical issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, data onboarding, solutions consulting, or technical account management in B2B SaaS.
  • 3+ years of direct client-facing experience owning technical delivery with external stakeholders.
  • Experience with enterprise marketing technology, including platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, GA4, or Adobe Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, data platforms, integrations, ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, APIs, and file-based delivery such as S3 or SFTP.
  • Experience diagnosing data pipeline issues, integration errors, schema mismatches, incomplete historical loads, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Solid understanding of attribution, incrementality, media mix modeling, paid media reporting, and budget or spend reconciliation.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and concurrent workstreams using Jira, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Strong consultative judgment, facilitation, written and verbal communication, and ability to push back constructively.
  • Ability to drive delivery through clients, vendors, and internal partners without direct authority.
  • BA/BS preferred, ideally in a technical, analytics, or related discipline; familiarity with Tableau, Looker, Mode, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or Redshift is a plus.
  • Understanding of data mapping, normalization, GDPR, and CCPA requirements.
