Description

  • Coordinate client onboarding calls with Account Management, confirming measurement scope, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Send onboarding workbooks, submit setup tickets, and coordinate technical questions with Solutions Engineering.
  • Build and maintain custom audiences, creative fingerprinting, metadata mappings, and other platform configurations.
  • Manage pixel QA, discrepancy checks, onboarding tickets, and troubleshooting requests in JIRA.
  • Build and deliver contracted dashboard reports and templated reporting decks with Account Management.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies, report failures, access issues, and known product limitations.
  • Support recurring office hours and quarterly account reviews.
  • Provide billing-reporting input, escalation context, and signals related to renewals, risks, and upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts, tickets, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Comfort working with data platforms, ticketing systems such as JIRA, pixels, tags, and data mapping.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn internal tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Account Management, and Solutions Engineering.
  • Proactive, quality-focused approach to building repeatable delivery processes and managing ambiguity.
  • Experience with pixel or tag implementation, ad-serving platforms, or digital audience measurement preferred.
  • Familiarity with CTV, cross-screen, or walled-garden measurement preferred.
  • Client-facing delivery, implementation, or technical account management experience in ad tech, media measurement, or a data-driven industry preferred.

  • $104,000–$110,000 base salary, commensurate with experience.
