Description

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of law firm clients and manage communication, expectations, and relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal creative, development, SEO, and paid media teams to ensure deliverables are scoped, assigned, and completed on time.
  • Participate in client calls and meetings, take clear notes, track action items, and follow up diligently.
  • Monitor campaign and project performance and flag issues before clients notice them.
  • Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and status updates.
  • Support senior strategists on larger, more complex accounts while independently owning smaller accounts.
  • Develop working knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, paid media, social media, and web.
  • Translate client goals into clear direction for internal teams and keep projects moving.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in account management, client services, project management, or a related role.
  • Agency background is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clarity and professionalism.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player who works well across departments and knows when to escalate.
  • Genuine curiosity about digital marketing and a desire to understand what is working and why.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment where priorities can shift.
  • Exposure to SEO, paid media, or social media marketing is a nice to have.
  • Familiarity with SEO and reporting tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Google Business Profile is a nice to have.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Notion is a nice to have.
  • Familiarity with the legal industry or professional services is a nice to have.
  • Experience using CRM or client reporting platforms is a nice to have.
