Description

  • Oversee social media so published content accurately reflects production capacity, milestones, and business updates.
  • Coordinate client approvals and IP permissions to ensure all public materials are properly cleared.
  • Design and deploy AI-powered workflows and automation across marketing operations using tools such as n8n or Make.
  • Automate content repurposing, production-to-marketing handoffs, client approval tracking, and reporting workflows.
  • Build dashboards that provide leadership with real-time visibility into marketing performance and team activity.
  • Lead and hold accountable a team of marketing professionals, contractors, agencies, and external vendors.
  • Set priorities, manage delivery cadences, and provide weekly numbers-driven reporting to the founder.
  • Oversee the website, brand assets, decks, client materials, merch, and community management coordination.
  • Maintain and grow the Devoted Speakeasy podcast by protecting editorial quality, guest pipeline, cadence, and amplification.
  • Guide brand positioning and maintain consistent quality across all external-facing touchpoints, including events and partnership materials.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with substantial experience leading teams.
  • Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership as a business partner.
  • Strong brand judgment and the ability to assess what is on-brand and what is not.
  • Highly structured, delivery-focused approach with the ability to be direct with teams, clients, and leadership.
  • Deep hands-on experience with AI and automation tools, with n8n preferred.
  • Solid grasp of analytics, dashboards, and performance reporting.
  • Experience managing paid channels such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, plus SEO basics.
  • Proven experience managing external contractors and agencies.
  • Background in GameDev, art production, or the broader creative industry is preferred.
  • Experience with B2B marketplaces or talent platforms is preferred.
  • Email marketing platform experience such as Mailchimp or GetResponse is preferred.
