Description

  • Drive customer satisfaction and grow revenue for assigned accounts.
  • Expand existing services opportunities and develop new cross-sell engagements.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with senior leadership contacts within customer accounts.
  • Serve as the central coordinator and liaison between MCA Connect and customers after implementation.
  • Act as an escalation point for customers beyond the Delivery Director.
  • Establish project satisfaction criteria and quantify ROI metrics with customers and the implementation team before engagement.
  • Measure success with customers after implementation and request case studies and testimonials after go-live.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, project status calls, and customer satisfaction surveys to address issues and improve operations.
  • Identify and manage opportunities for additional products and services, including preparing, delivering, and closing scopes of work.
  • Coordinate with service line managers, subject matter experts, sales leadership, marketing, and Microsoft contacts to support account growth and channel relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing service delivery roles.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development.
  • Strong track record of delivering value in a customer environment while generating profit.
  • Experience in the IT industry and IT consulting, specifically in software implementation and project management with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP).
  • Proven client engagement capability.
  • Ability to translate strategic direction into tactical deliverables.
  • Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics technologies, manufacturing industry processes, or a professional services/consulting organization is desired.
