Description

  • Direct one or more large-scale Dynamics 365 ERP and/or CRM implementation projects.
  • Lead cross-functional and business teams affected by the project.
  • Develop and manage project plans, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans, and issue resolution plans.
  • Drive project decisions and make recommendations on schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project deliverables, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Communicate project status to executives, management, and stakeholders through reports, briefings, and daily team communication.
  • Collaborate closely with technical team members to achieve project goals.
  • Apply PMI and MCA Connect delivery standards and best practices to project execution.
  • Manage project budgets and provide predictive financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Coordinate customer invoicing and accounts receivable related to projects.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience directly managing software implementation deployments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) and/or CE/CRM is a plus.
  • Experience with IT implementation methodologies across diagnosis, analysis, design, development, deployment, and operation phases.
  • Understanding of integrated enterprise-wide IT strategy and complete solution context.
  • Ability to work closely with key business stakeholders to communicate progress and vision.
  • Ability to allocate resources appropriately across project phases and monitor performance.
  • Consensus-driven management style that supports a broad set of stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, teambuilding, and motivational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Microsoft SureStep certification preferred.
  • PMI certification preferred.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Six Sigma certification or training preferred.

  • Base salary of $130,000 to $205,000 plus supplemental compensation bonus plan.
