Description

  • Own the test-and-learn infrastructure for patient outreach experiments across multiple modalities.
  • Design, execute, and prioritize high-volume A/B tests and rapid experimentation cycles.
  • Partner with business owners to define the problem space, priorities, constraints, and target outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product managers to design experimentation approaches for patient acquisition and engagement.
  • Drive ongoing optimization of live user workflows using metrics, user feedback, and test results.
  • Develop detailed user stories with business rationale, requirements, and measurable success criteria.
  • Manage end-to-end customer data, reporting, and measurement to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Build feedback loops with human QA teams to improve experiment reliability and scaled AI outreach products.
  • Work closely with analytics teams to interpret results and translate insights into product optimizations.
  • Create short- and long-term roadmaps that balance value delivery, risk, and iterative learning.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or a SaaS product.
  • 5+ years managing A/B testing programs in patient or consumer engagement, preferably in healthcare or digital health.
  • Experience optimizing agentic AI or conversational AI performance, including prompt engineering, dialogue optimization, or voice/SMS tuning.
  • Proven ability to manage high-velocity test programs with 10+ concurrent tests and a weekly launch cadence.
  • Strong analytical fluency, including experimental design, power calculations, and statistical interpretation.
  • Experience partnering effectively with data science and analytics teams.
  • Expertise in multi-channel orchestration and patient journey optimization.
  • Proficiency with A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely or Braze and analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
  • Knowledge of SQL, ideally with PostgreSQL experience, and familiarity with healthcare data standards such as FHIR.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, software development lifecycle practices, and healthcare technology product development.
  • Understanding of healthcare administrative and clinical data sets, including demographic, financial, and clinical data.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare administrative or clinical workflows for inpatient, ambulatory, or ancillary services.
  • Intermediate understanding of EHR data integration and applicable data standards.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort working remotely within the U.S. or from Bethesda, MD.
