Description

  • Design and enhance Maximo applications to meet client business requirements.
  • Customize workflows, MBOs, automation scripts, and UI components.
  • Develop and maintain BIRT reports, with COGNOS used where needed.
  • Collaborate with functional analysts, business stakeholders, and client teams.
  • Participate in low-volume support, bug fixing, and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Follow ITIL-aligned change and incident management processes.
  • Architect and lead custom Maximo solutions and integrations for senior-level work.
  • Design and manage integrations using MIF, REST/SOAP, or ESBs.
  • Mentor mid-level developers and perform code reviews.
  • Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Maximo technical development experience.
  • Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
  • Strong skills in automation scripting, MBO customization in Java, and App Designer.
  • Proficiency in BIRT reporting; COGNOS familiarity is preferred.
  • Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Exposure to support environments and incident resolution workflows.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • IBM Maximo or MAS certifications are preferred, especially for senior candidates.
  • Experience with enterprise asset management (EAM) systems is preferred.
  • Strong command of SQL, Java, and scripting languages.
  • Experience integrating with ESBs, WebMethods, or custom-built connectors is preferred.
