Description

  • Lead technical design discussions and guide architecture and implementation decisions.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Vue.js, PrimeVue, JavaScript, Python, PHP, and related technologies.
  • Mentor developers and QA engineers while providing technical direction and support.
  • Establish engineering standards, coding practices, and maintainable development processes.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure consistent code quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, evaluate solutions, and identify implementation risks.
  • Partner with QA to define testing strategies and maintain quality throughout development.
  • Lead AI adoption in software development and testing.
  • Balance hands-on development with technical leadership and team coordination.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Professional experience with technical leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and modern web development.
  • Experience with Vue.js or comparable component-based JavaScript frameworks.
  • Backend development experience with both Python and PHP.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, system integration, and web application development.
  • Experience designing and maintaining scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications.
  • Proficiency with Git, collaborative workflows, and code review practices.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical direction.
  • Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.
  • Experience with Docker or other cloud deployment and containerization technologies (preferred).
  • Experience with application security and performance optimization (preferred).
