Description

  • Build and manage strategic relationships within Salesforce across multiple regions.
  • Increase visibility and engagement across Salesforce account executives and regional sales teams.
  • Support co-sell motions and joint account planning initiatives.
  • Position Kompetenza as the preferred innovation partner within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Promote and sell the EOR Cloud, EOR Recruit, Corporate Services Cloud, and Business-Ready Salesforce solutions.
  • Run account mapping sessions to identify white space opportunities and develop vertical use cases.
  • Deliver partner enablement sessions for Salesforce sellers and create solution positioning materials.
  • Build internal Salesforce champions and align activities with Salesforce Partner Program strategy.
  • Generate partner-sourced opportunities and support strategic account planning.
  • Track partner-influenced revenue and contribution to growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Partner Manager or Alliances Manager within a SaaS organization.
  • Proven experience working within or closely alongside Salesforce.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce sales cycles and internal structure.
  • Strong network within Salesforce, preferably at AE, Director, or RVP level.
  • Former Salesforce employee experience in Sales, AE, AM, or Partner Manager roles is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud or vertical Salesforce solutions is highly preferred.
  • International partnership experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to operate at a senior strategic level rather than a junior channel role.
  • Commercially driven, relationship-led, and able to influence enterprise account strategy.
