Description

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across departments, from intake meetings through offer negotiations and candidate closing.
  • Work with department heads and senior leadership to anticipate hiring needs and develop talent strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates through creative outreach for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs.
  • Deliver a clear, timely, and thoughtful candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Streamline recruiting operations and track key recruiting metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvements to recruiting processes and workflows.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior leaders and advise on hiring decisions.
  • Experience sourcing and managing candidates through multiple systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Must reside in the United States.
