Description

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and hard-to-fill business roles across brokerage, compliance, finance, go-to-market, strategy, and product functions.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, networking, and talent mapping for specialized fintech profiles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and functional leaders to define hiring strategy, drive interview execution, and keep searches moving efficiently.
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication, fast feedback, and thoughtful closing.
  • Advise stakeholders on market dynamics, compensation, leveling, and hiring competitiveness across global markets.
  • Use recruiting data, funnel metrics, and ATS reporting to identify gaps and improve conversion rates and hiring decisions.
  • Improve recruiting processes and infrastructure, including interview training, ATS hygiene, structured interviewing, and scalable documentation.
  • Strengthen Alpaca’s employer brand and how opportunities are positioned to top talent.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior-level hiring in fast-paced tech environments.
  • Demonstrated success hiring for regulated fintech roles such as risk, compliance, brokerage ops, tax, finance, and legal.
  • Strong sourcing capability with experience building pipelines from scratch and delivering qualified slates for specialized roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
  • Experience building structured and efficient interview processes that improve hiring quality and decision-making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging senior candidates and stakeholders professionally.
  • Data-literate and comfortable using funnel metrics, ATS reporting, and recruiting analytics to drive decisions.
  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Experience recruiting in or for broker-dealers, exchanges, clearing/settlement, market data, risk/margin, or trading infrastructure companies is preferred.
  • Experience partnering on technical or infrastructure hiring alongside engineering recruiting teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with global hiring dynamics across NA, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM is preferred.
  • Experience designing or scaling recruiting programs such as interview training, referral programs, employer branding, or process improvement initiatives is preferred.
  • Experience with Greenhouse or a similar ATS and building scalable recruiting workflows and dashboards is preferred.
