Description

  • Write clean, maintainable, well-structured Python code and retain ownership of delivered solutions.
  • Use AI coding agents appropriately while independently validating and completing code.
  • Contribute technically to product improvements and solution design.
  • Translate business user stories and tasks into technical solutions and estimates with the team.
  • Write documentation for delivered code.
  • Conduct peer code reviews.
  • Reuse and improve the company knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with Scrum teams and clients to deliver project outcomes.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of commercial Python experience, including Python 3.10+ fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of type hints, OOP, common data structures, clean-code practices, SOLID, DRY, and design patterns.
  • Basic Django experience, including models, views, ORM, and migrations, with at least one Django project completed.
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, including basic SQL queries and use alongside Django ORM.
  • Experience with Git.
  • Ability to use AI coding tools responsibly; Claude Code experience is preferred.
  • English at B2 level and Polish at C1 level.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, initiative, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn.
  • Preferred: experience with Django REST Framework, FastAPI or Flask, pytest, Celery, Redis, Docker, AWS, serverless systems, Django Admin, open-source contributions, or payment, billing, and email-platform integrations.
