Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of Martech programmes from discovery and data mapping through audience activation and campaign execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and provide proactive updates on programme health, risks, and progress.
  • Coordinate across CRM, engineering, data, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Lead technical and commercial discussions in Thai and English across internal and client audiences.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, resources, and priorities across multiple workstreams.
  • Anticipate changes, manage shifting requirements, and maintain delivery momentum in fast-moving environments.
  • Identify and mitigate risks early and communicate resolution paths and business impact proactively.
  • Drive project governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication to a high standard.
  • Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, steering committees, and status meetings with internal and client teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Project or Programme Management within Martech, Fintech, E-commerce, or related industries.
  • Native or professional fluency in Thai with strong English communication skills.
  • Strong experience managing projects across CRM, data, and marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of delivery methodologies and the ability to adapt frameworks to project needs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
  • Calm, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Comfortable working across time zones, cultures, and distributed teams within the SEA region.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience delivering projects involving Braze, Snowflake, Hightouch, or similar Martech and data platforms (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer data, or audience activation programmes (nice to have).
  • Experience working in fast-growth or highly ambiguous environments (nice to have).
  • Strong facilitation skills across both client-facing and internal technical discussions (nice to have).
