Description

  • Run creative and production processes from initial brief through final delivery.
  • Manage multiple mid- to high-complexity projects across different accounts and time zones.
  • Lead project scoping, costing, planning, and milestone creation for assigned briefs.
  • Translate unclear briefs into well-prepared project briefs where needed.
  • Identify stakeholders and create communication plans for project updates and approvals.
  • Set deadlines with partners, challenge unrealistic timelines, and manage workload within process requirements.
  • Coordinate delivery across creative teams, delivery leads, resource managers, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor project scope, budget, resources, timelines, risks, and change requests.
  • Prepare status reports and manage project progress through weekly action points.
  • Ensure final deliverables meet quality, design, production, compliance, and profitability requirements.

Requirements

  • High proficiency in English.
  • 4+ years of experience managing projects successfully.
  • Experience across digital, technology, film, CGI, motion design, and/or print projects (based on experience).
  • Experience managing projects from initial brief to final delivery across different account sizes and time zones.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, including client-facing communication.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and experience with quality assurance processes.
  • A process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to handle challenges, setbacks, and multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams, and OMG (training provided).
