Description

  • Own commercialization for a portfolio of products across Marqeta’s product suite.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies in partnership with product management, marketing, finance, enablement, and go-to-market teams.
  • Launch new products and drive achievement of target metrics and business goals.
  • Define product pricing, packaging, and standard pricing structures to support growth objectives.
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to inform commercialization decisions.
  • Partner with sales teams to identify target customers, establish beta customers, and manage deals through contracting.
  • Promote governance and a data-driven decision-making culture across the organization.
  • Refine and standardize processes, policies, and workflows to scale commercialization efforts.
  • Foster best practices, knowledge sharing, and skills development across the GTM organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in go-to-market, business development, management consulting, or revenue operations.
  • Experience in FinTech, financial services, or B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of bringing products or solutions to market and scaling commercial outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
  • MBA or advanced degree, or equivalent experience at a top-tier management consulting firm such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG.
  • Payments, lending, or fintech experience with understanding of financial services regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, as well as marketing automation tools and revenue operations systems.
  • Background in enterprise software sales or business development.
