Description

  • Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Account Management, Channel, Finance, Legal, and Operations across the quote-to-cash process.
  • Create, process, and validate quotes and orders for new business, renewals, upsells, and modifications.
  • Calculate and validate pricing for deals, including discounts, bundles, tiered pricing, and multi-year structures.
  • Ensure all quotes, order forms, and deal documentation are accurate and consistent.
  • Request pricing approvals and identify pricing discrepancies, calculation errors, and policy deviations before submission.
  • Interpret and apply approved price lists, discount thresholds, and commercial policies consistently.
  • Advise Sales and field teams on compliant deal structures, pricing scenarios, and quote requests.
  • Help improve deal desk processes, templates, and tools to reduce errors and cycle time.
  • Update CRM records and support the movement of deals through the pipeline.
  • Build tools and reference guides for field-guided selling.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales, or Sales Operations with a focus on pricing and quoting.
  • Familiarity with CPQ tools and contract/order workflows.
  • Experience working in a regulated, public sector, or policy-driven environment.
  • Experience at a B2B SaaS company; government sales (B2G) experience preferred.
  • Fluency with Confluence, Microsoft Office, Jira, CPQ, Salesforce, and contract management systems.
  • Experience with multiple CPQ systems, such as Salesforce CPQ, preferred.
  • Experience building with AI is a plus.
  • Extreme attention to detail and an accuracy-first mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance speed with precision under deal pressure.
  • Comfort pushing back diplomatically when deals are non-compliant.
  • Empathy for users who may be unlike yourself.
  • An open mind and a humble attitude.
  • Ownership over work and commitment to both big-picture and small details.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.
  • Passion for supporting law enforcement, first responders, and other government agencies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the country where the role is hired, with no visa sponsorship available.
  • Must be able to perform the role from Canada, the UK, or one of the approved U.S. states listed in the posting.
