Description

  • Identify and prioritize high-value AI and automation use cases across the sales function, including lead qualification, outbound sequencing, proposal drafting, quote generation, and CRM enrichment.
  • Design, configure, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using LLMs, APIs, and integration tools.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of agent delivery from prototype through production, including testing, monitoring, and iteration.
  • Reduce manual effort in repetitive commercial workflows and measure time saved, error reduction, throughput, and adoption impact.
  • Drive bottom-up adoption through hands-on training, playbooks, workshops, and internal champion development.
  • Work with revenue operations and data teams to define data requirements, improve data quality, and build integrations with CRM, ERP, and communication tools.
  • Define KPIs and report adoption, productivity, accuracy, and ROI outcomes to commercial leadership.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and IT to align deployments with platform capabilities, security requirements, data governance, and company policy.
  • Run structured experiments with emerging AI capabilities and automation tools, and share learnings across the organization.
  • Maintain documentation, reusable agent patterns, and templates for deployed agents and their dependencies.
  • Evaluate AI tools, platforms, and vendors and provide build-versus-buy recommendations within group guardrails.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial process improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience deploying AI tools, LLM-based agents, or workflow automation in a B2B sales environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and data pipelines.
  • Track record of driving adoption of new tools and processes across commercial teams.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks.
  • Practical experience with automation platforms and API integrations.
  • Sales process knowledge including pipeline management, quoting, proposal generation, and customer communications.
  • Data analysis and KPI design skills.
  • Ability to drive bottom-up change management without formal authority.
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for commercial audiences.
  • Certifications in AI, machine learning, or automation platforms are a plus.
  • Proficiency with Anthropic’s Claude Enterprise and Claude Teams administration, including user provisioning, workspace configuration, and usage policy management.
  • Hands-on experience with Claude Cowork mode, including SKILL.md authoring, custom plugin development and deployment, and cron-based scheduled task configuration.
  • Experience with Claude Code CLI, including hooks, slash commands, and MCP server integration.
  • Ability to design agentic loops and multi-step workflows with tool use, iterative reasoning, sub-agent orchestration, error recovery, and human-in-the-loop approval gates.
  • Advanced prompt engineering for Claude models, including system prompts, structured outputs, tool definitions, chain-of-thought techniques, and context window optimization.
  • Working knowledge of the Anthropic API, including Claude Agent SDK, tool use, streaming responses, batch processing, and model selection across Opus, Sonnet, and Haiku.
  • Familiarity with enterprise connectors such as Microsoft 365, Claude in Chrome browser automation, and third-party MCP connectors.
  • Understanding of AI safety, security, and governance principles including prompt injection defense, content filtering, data privacy controls, and audit logging.
  • Continuous learning in AI, LLMs, and automation is expected.
