Description

  • Plan and produce content across both brands, including social media calendars, podcast and YouTube video editing, and Substack copy.
  • Manage day-to-day social media for both brands, including posting cadence, community engagement, and channel growth.
  • Support the digital promotion and marketing of a newly launched online course.
  • Design marketing collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, and presentations for retail buyer conversations.
  • Advise on positioning, campaign direction, and channel strategy, including identifying what is not working and proposing alternatives.
  • Maintain marketing workflows and records in Monday CRM.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently in a fully remote, cross-timezone environment.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Marketing experience in consumer/CPG or wellness/health categories.
  • Mid-level experience with enough hands-on background to advise on strategy.
  • Hands-on video editing skills.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and remotely without close supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
