Description

  • Respond to live chat and email inquiries with clear, accurate, and timely support.
  • Troubleshoot common platform issues by following established workflows and step-by-step guidance.
  • Identify when cases need escalation and route them to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Manage a high volume of conversations while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Deliver a professional, empathetic, and consistent support experience across every interaction.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in workflows, tools, and processes as the company grows.
  • Develop stronger judgment over time in prioritizing, responding, and handling a wide range of inquiries.
  • Contribute feedback to improve support workflows and knowledge base resources.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, hospitality, call centre, or administrative support.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor.
  • Comfort working in a structured, high-volume environment and following established workflows.
  • Confidence using MacOS, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), and communication tools such as Slack.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and tools.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to improve productivity or outputs.
  • Experience with ticketing or live chat tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, or Freshdesk is preferred.
  • Experience working in a remote or shift-based environment is preferred.
  • Availability to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed within a synchronous shift-based schedule.
