Description

  • Lead international marketplace strategy across the UK, EU, MENA, Australia, and other relevant markets.
  • Own marketplace revenue goals, performance reporting, business reviews, and growth action plans.
  • Develop promotional strategies, including deal planning, calendar alignment, placements, and performance analysis.
  • Partner with brand, creative, and product teams to optimize listings, storefronts, reviews, content, and conversion.
  • Lead merchandising and assortment planning, including launches, kits, bundles, pricing, and category expansion.
  • Monitor competitive trends, marketplace policies, category changes, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
  • Build relationships with marketplace partners and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support channel plans.
  • Coordinate with finance, demand planning, supply chain, and operations on forecasts, inventory, and marketplace execution.
  • Evaluate new marketplace opportunities and platform capabilities that support scalable growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace management, digital commerce, or related channel leadership.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Amazon marketplace experience, including strategy, revenue growth, content, promotions, analytics, and Seller Central or equivalent environments.
  • Experience driving growth across international Amazon marketplaces, preferably the UK, EU, Australia, and/or MENA.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve revenue, profitability, conversion, and customer acquisition through marketplace strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of product detail page optimization, search, merchandising, pricing, promotions, reviews, content, and channel analytics.
  • Experience leading teams, managing priorities, and developing talent in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across brand, creative, growth marketing, product, finance, demand planning, supply chain, and operations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, urgency, curiosity, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
