Description

  • Create, evaluate, and update candidate profiles for remote and on-site openings.
  • Draft, review, and refine job postings for assigned open positions.
  • Publish and maintain vacancies on job boards, university networks, and corporate platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Workable.
  • Source and attract candidates proactively for remote and U.S.-based roles.
  • Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews to assess technical ability, background, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate multi-stage interview scheduling with candidates and internal team members.
  • Align interview calendars across multiple U.S. time zones to support a smooth candidate experience.
  • Schedule psychometric and behavioral assessments for position-specific hiring processes.
  • Issue, follow up on, and compile technical tests or project assignments for decision-makers.
  • Maintain recruitment pipelines, trackers, and ATS records, and support general HR administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a recruiter in high-volume or mass hiring environments.
  • B2 level English proficiency is a bonus asset.
  • Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and organizational ability.
  • Ability to operate with an "Above the Line" mindset and take full ownership of results.
  • Willingness to read and apply principles from Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin during onboarding.
  • Experience supporting remote and U.S.-based hiring processes.
  • Experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment pipelines is preferred.
  • Familiarity with screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment processes is preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Comfort working with job boards and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Workable.
