Description

  • Own and drive end-to-end recruitment strategies across go-to-market functions in alignment with growth and revenue objectives.
  • Partner with GTM executive leaders and senior managers on strategic hiring decisions, talent strategy, market conditions, and team design.
  • Design and execute inclusive recruitment processes across North America and Europe, including job descriptions, structured interviews, and documentation.
  • Maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and related hiring tools.
  • Build long-term talent attraction strategies and proactively identify target talent pools.
  • Use recruitment data, market intelligence, and industry trends to improve sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation practices.
  • Represent Coveo at talent attraction initiatives, industry events, and community engagements.
  • Support hiring quality and predictability through continual refinement of recruitment approaches.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on go-to-market recruitment in Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, or Partnerships.
  • Experience in complex, fast-growing organizations.
  • Experience partnering with senior GTM leaders and influencing strategic hiring decisions using data-driven insights and market expertise.
  • Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple regions.
  • Experience with proactive sourcing and structured, competency-based interviewing.
  • Strong understanding of GTM talent markets and revenue-generating, customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to engage highly competitive candidates with credibility and depth.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of revenue models, pipeline generation, and customer lifecycle dynamics (preferred).
  • Experience supporting high-growth or scaling GTM organizations in the technology or SaaS space across North America and Europe (preferred).
  • Comfort using recruitment analytics and market intelligence to influence workforce planning and hiring quality (preferred).
