Description

  • Monitor and respond promptly to new candidate applications on Indeed.
  • Conduct screening and placement interviews for ABA therapy client cases.
  • Fill new therapy cases within 24–48 hours of receipt.
  • Send onboarding documentation to successful candidates and follow up for timely return.
  • Coordinate background checks and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
  • Hand off completed cases to the onshore staffing department with all relevant information.
  • Source new candidates on LinkedIn to build and maintain a talent pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems including ClickUp, Viventium, and Teams.
  • Communicate professionally and warmly with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Experience in ABA Therapy (Applied Behavioural Analysis) is non-negotiable.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a warm, professional phone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple open cases simultaneously in a high-urgency environment.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight turnaround times.
  • A patient, pleasant, people-focused personality that builds rapport easily.
  • Comfort with basic computer navigation, including MS Office and Outlook.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to manage workload without constant oversight.
  • Strong headhunter mindset.
  • Background or exposure to ABA therapy, healthcare staffing, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Previous experience using ClickUp, Viventium, or similar ATS/project management tools is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms is advantageous.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
  • Ability to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays.
  • A fixed fibre internet line with minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speed and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory.
  • A reliable backup power solution for load shedding and outages is required.
