Description

  • Source candidates for healthcare, offshore, specialized onshore, and bilingual roles using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate pools for language-specific and recurring hiring needs.
  • Conduct candidate outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels to engage active and passive candidates.
  • Perform initial resume reviews and pre-screen candidates against job requirements before recruiter review.
  • Support sourcing for healthcare operations roles such as healthcare virtual assistants, medical administrative support, medical billing, medical coding, and patient coordination.
  • Source offshore talent across customer support, executive assistance, sales, marketing, operations, technology, and healthcare services.
  • Conduct talent market research and competitor analysis to identify new sourcing channels, communities, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to understand hiring needs, improve sourcing workflows, and support calibration sessions and meetings.
  • Track sourcing activities, candidate pipeline metrics, and candidate records accurately in the ATS and reporting tools.
  • Support ad hoc sourcing, recruitment projects, and process improvement initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Experience in staffing, recruitment agencies, outsourcing, remote staffing, BPO, or high-volume hiring environments is preferred.
  • Exposure to healthcare recruitment, offshore hiring, or U.S.-based recruitment is an advantage.
  • Experience sourcing bilingual candidates, especially Spanish-English talent, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sourcing strategies for language-specific and multicultural talent pools is preferred.
  • Basic to intermediate Boolean search skills.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Experience using AI tools for sourcing and recruitment is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Ability to analyze sourcing data and track recruitment metrics.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum technical and work environment setup, including a 15 Mbps primary internet connection, 10 Mbps backup internet connection, suitable desktop or laptop, 8 GB RAM, backup device, webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet home office space, and smartphone.
