Description

  • Own and strategically manage a portfolio of F100 named accounts.
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly account plans for each named account.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across multiple lines of business.
  • Drive complex sales cycles for multi-product and multi-service solutions.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell, up-sell, renewal, and new-logo opportunities.
  • Lead executive presentations and business reviews.
  • Collaborate with BDR, Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Renewals, and Product Management teams.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate account activity records in the CRM system.
  • Analyze account performance, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise account management or a similar role.
  • Proven success managing and growing strategic named accounts in software sales.
  • Experience driving complex sales cycles and negotiating large contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior executives.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of the digital forensics and cybersecurity industry.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead virtual teams.
  • Experience with the competitive matrix is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30-50% of the time.
