Description

  • Build and ship specialized agents for parsing legacy systems, extracting business rules, mapping dependencies, synthesizing tests, replayers, and orchestration workflows.
  • Design agents to operate against the Code Intelligence Graph so that every action is traceable to source code.
  • Implement governed autonomy with shadow, supervised, and autonomous stages and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Orchestrate frontier foundation models through the Aedeon Decision Model under explicit governance constraints.
  • Own the full delivery of assigned agents from prototype through deployment and post-release validation.
  • Coordinate with platform and DevOps engineers to keep deployment pipelines clean, repeatable, and reliable.
  • Practice test-driven development by writing tests before implementation and building verification into every agent.
  • Develop behavior-equivalence verification mechanisms such as dual-run tests, output diffing, and equivalence certificates.
  • Maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end test suites and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Review pull requests, document agent contracts and verification approaches, and share testing practices across the team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of production Python experience with strong async programming skills and idiomatic, performance-conscious code.
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts such as state machines, retries, idempotency, and eventual consistency.
  • Production experience integrating with LLM APIs such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar, including streaming, function calling, structured output, retries, and prompt management.
  • Comfort working with FastAPI or an equivalent async web framework.
  • Working knowledge of AWS services including EKS, ECS Fargate, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, Secrets Manager, and CloudWatch.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including Dockerfiles, Helm charts, and Kubernetes manifests.
  • Comfort with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions, and multi-account AWS environments across dev, uat, and prod.
  • Hands-on experience with pytest, integration testing, end-to-end testing, and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to design behavior-verification harnesses using dual-run, output comparison, and equivalence proof techniques.
  • Strong written and spoken English and availability to work with US business-hour overlap from India.
  • Preferred: experience with agentic AI frameworks such as AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Strands SDK, LangChain, or similar.
  • Preferred: experience with Temporal.io or other workflow orchestration engines.
  • Preferred: experience with graph databases such as Neo4j and Cypher.
  • Preferred: experience with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch.
  • Preferred: Java exposure for working with a Java Analyzer component.
  • Preferred: prior B2B SaaS product experience with a structured release process.
  • Preferred: domain exposure to enterprise modernization involving mainframe, SAP, Oracle, or large Java/.NET estates.
