Description

  • Support the administrative, technical, and financial tracking of assigned projects from award to completion.
  • Help ensure delivery stays within the Statement of Work's contractual commitments.
  • Track progress against committed dates and budgets and flag risks early enough to act on them.
  • Help shape project deliverables and contribute judgment to delivery work.
  • Own the quality and timeliness of assigned deliverables and documentation.
  • Communicate with subject-matter experts, clients, and other stakeholders as directed by the Project Manager.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of prior experience as a Project Manager Intern, ideally on client-facing or delivery-driven projects.
  • Pursuing an MBA with a focus in Project Management.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-directed environment with real deadlines.
  • Able to manage workload, multitask, and prioritize independently.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with strong organizational rigor.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate.
  • Works well under pressure and can hold deadlines.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously.
  • Confident and professional in client-facing communication.
  • Sharp time-management and analytical skills.
