Description

  • Design and maintain the end-to-end AI-first product management lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Own the tooling stack, prompt libraries, agent configurations, and workflow automation used by the product management team.
  • Define how AI is applied at each phase of the product development lifecycle and how quality is verified.
  • Keep the product development lifecycle current as M-Files’ agent portfolio evolves.
  • Build and operate scalable discovery pipelines for customer signals, interview synthesis, competitive monitoring, and insight routing.
  • Define how AI tools are used in user research, persona modeling, and hypothesis generation.
  • Establish quality standards for AI-assisted discovery outputs and distinguish real customer insight from AI-generated noise.
  • Define AI-first product management competency standards and build learning infrastructure to close capability gaps.
  • Run onboarding for new product managers on AI tooling and PDLC standards and maintain usable documentation.
  • Instrument product management operations, track operational metrics, and report findings to the VP of Product Management.
  • Connect product management process performance to business outcomes such as ARR, feature adoption, and NRR impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management in B2B SaaS, with direct experience in enterprise or regulated-industry products.
  • Demonstrated hands-on use of AI tools in product management workflows with operational integration into daily work.
  • Track record of designing and operating processes rather than only following them.
  • Ability to work in a PE-backed environment with a focus on speed, measurability, and ARR impact.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear specifications, frameworks, and documentation.
  • Experience with enterprise content management, information governance, or AI knowledge management products is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI agent concepts, MCP integrations, or LLM-grounded product architectures is a strong advantage.
  • Background in organizational design, process improvement, or lean product operations is a strong advantage.
  • Exposure to FedRAMP, compliance, or regulated-industry product contexts is a strong advantage.
  • Must already be located in Finland, Sweden, or Norway and have a valid work permit for the country of employment.
