Description

  • Prospect and contact new prospective customer accounts across target markets.
  • Research and identify prospective contacts using company websites, web searches, LinkedIn, and other social media tools.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound prospects and route them to the appropriate sales representative or business segment.
  • Communicate the value of M-Files products clearly to prospects and customers.
  • Conduct online M-Files demos and meetings with prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Support the early stages of the sales process in close collaboration with the sales team.
  • Evaluate customer needs and translate them into pre-sales actions and business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Development Representative in a technology-centric environment.
  • Experience generating leads through both outbound and inbound prospecting.
  • Ability to listen to customers and translate needs into actionable pre-sales tasks and new business proposals.
  • Proactive growth mindset with enthusiasm for achieving targets in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer-facing experience such as consultant, sales engineer, or sales representative is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Document Management, Database, ERP, Integration, or CRM solutions is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the energy, oil and gas, or manufacturing sectors is beneficial.
  • Previous SaaS business experience is beneficial.
  • Fluent English and German with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Nordic languages are considered an asset.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
  • Valid residency and work authorization in Germany, Finland, Sweden, or Norway is required.
